Q:
Are they safe if something is spilled on them (or a child wets the bed)?
A: Yes. The heating element wires within the massage table warmers are shielded so an
occasional spill won't hurt. However, if they become fully wet, they should be dried
first before using again.
Q:
How does the massage table warmer stay in place under the covers?
A: For proper use the massage table warmer should be covered with a fitted fleece pad,
mattress pad or quilt. This will hold the warmer securely in place and will make the
warmth flow smoothly as the comfort control turns the warmer on and off to regulate the
temperature. Do not use excessive padding such as thick foam rubbere toppers or egg crate
pads over the top of the massage table warmer. This can cause heat build-up and dangerous
overheating. Never tuck in any wired area, the plug, or the supply cord or allow the
warmer to become kinked or bunched up. DO NOT USE PINS to anchor the warmer to the table or
other coverings. They may damage the wiring and void the warranty.
Q:
Does the Comfort Control temperature control make a clicking sound when you change the
temperature setting?
A: No. The temperature control is very quiet and transitions smoothly from one
temperature setting to another.
Q:
What sort of warranty is there?
A: ElectroWarmth® massage table warmers come with a full one year warranty. If
anything goes wrong with the massage table warmer during that first year, it will be
repaired or replaced with a new one at no cost to you. After the year warranty has
expired, low-cost factory-direct service is available if it is ever needed. ElectroWarmth®

Q:
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

determine that the massage table warmer is not meeting your needs, we will be happy to
have you return it for a full refund less $20 for the initial free shipping service which
you received. We are confident that once you have a massage table warmer that you
will never want to be without it.
Q:
Where are ElectroWarmth® massage table warmers made?
A: ElectroWarmth® massage table warmers are manufactured in the United States in the
state of Ohio.
Q:
Are the heating wires in an ElectroWarmth® massage table warmer bulky and uncomfortable?
A: Absolutely Not! The heating wires used in ElectroWarmth® massage table warmers are
quilted into the padding of the warmer in order to make them undetectable when you are
laying on it.
Q:
On the website, I saw several testimonials... are they real?
A: Absolutely! Every testimonial we feature on the website was submitted by people that
have purchased an ElectroWarmth® massage table warmer, and was unsolicited.
Q:
What do you recommend for young children or elderly people?
A: Do not use an ElectroWarmth® massage table warmer with an infant, child, helpless
person, or one who cannot feel heat. Your client should be physically able to feel the
heat and either ask you to regulate it or regulate it himself or herself.
Q:
I am a Massage Therapist, can I use an ElectroWarmth® massage table warmer on
my massage table?
A: Absolutely! We produce a warmer specifically for use by Massage Therapists. This
warmer allows the therapist to lower the room temperature for a cooler working environment
while keeping the client comfortable and relaxed.
Q:

A: Yes.
